"Boots" was a beautiful doe. She was our surprise that came with Licorice. She was unstoppable as a kid in the show ring, shown 3 times;2x GCH and 1x RGCH. She was the goat that everyone noticed in the pasture, very large and classy. Her udder was everything that a breeder could ask for, large, even and very well attached, she should of been unstoppable as a senior doe until I let her buck kids nurse and they tore an attachment, making her appear lopsided. This spring(2006) "Boots" became a victim of herd reduction and went to a dairy in California. I regret that daily; every time I go out a look at her beautiful, carbon copy daughters.

"Licorice" was a great doe. She was very long, level and dairy, which she has passed to her kids. Her udder was very nicely shaped but lacked an extended fore-udder attachment but she put the milk in the pail. Unfortunately her feet were in terrible shape when we got her and with her advancing age, in 2005 she left us.

"Joany" is exactly like her mother and she shows in the ring where her mother left off. If I could change anything on this doe it would be more extension of the fore udder, but the judges do not seem to think that. I have had 3 judges comment on the texture of the udder! This doe is extremely long and level across the top, flat ribbed and just smoothly blended everywhere.

Beauti is out of one of our two foundation does and she is claimed by Amanda as hers. She is a very tall, long bodied doe with open rib spacing, correct on front and rear legs. Her udder side udder attachment and teat placement are very nice. She could use front udder attachment and some rear height as well as a more flat rib. She has personality plus!!! "Daisy" is a growthy February kid, everyone thinks that she is a yearling. She is very appealing to look at in the ring and in the pasture. She has correct feet and legs, wide escusion, long and level across the top line. We are confident that her udder will be as nice as both of her sisters.

"Cachet" was purchased this Spring from Don and Sandy Miller. True to the Firebird Saanens, she is very level and wide over the top, just a "table"! She is a first freshening 2 y. old, her udder attachments are high and very tight, destined for longevity.

These pictures do not do Serenity justice. She is a big, beautiful doeling standing on straight, powerful legs. She has a wonderful front end with a clean, pretty head and neck. Dairy character. Dairy character! Flat ribbed, soft pliable skin, we just need to wait for the udder!!
Serentiy has grown to be one of the largest does in the herd. She is very powerful and knows it, the way only an Alpine can! She freshened on Easter Sunday with one doeling, EASTER. Her udder is very soft and pliable, well balanced with a very nice fore udder attachment. This is exactly what I hoped for with the bloodlines.

"Floppy" was one of triplets out of our foundation doe, the last and of course the only one that lived. I love his bloodlines and hope that he passed the genetics to his kids. He has been used very lightly, producing only buck kids last year, but they were very nice, appearing to be "French" Alpine style.
